Questions people ask before buying

Will it delete something I needed?

Cleanup screens show the list first, with a size and a description beside each item, and delete nothing until you press the button. Items go to the Trash where the operating system allows it, so an honest mistake is recoverable. Secure Wipe is the one tool that does not work that way, and it says so loudly.

What Mac cleanup services are included?

The trial includes cache cleanup, app leftover removal, duplicate file finding, storage analysis, local malware scanning, security settings review, privacy permission review and secure deletion. Browse the Mac cleanup guides before installing if you want the details.

Does it need a kernel extension?

No. It runs as a normal app with the permissions you grant it. Why that matters

What does it send about me?

Your files never leave this Mac. There is no analytics and no account. The full list of connections is on one page, with hostnames.

What if it does not do what I hoped?

That is what the fifteen days are for. If you paid and it was not right, see the refund policy.

Will I be charged when the trial ends?

Yes, unless you cancel first. Checkout takes a card, and on day 15 the trial becomes a $19.99 yearly subscription. Cancel before then from Settings, then Subscription, in the app and you are not charged. If the charge goes through and you did not want it, you have 30 days to ask for a refund.
