Can MacTidy change iOS privacy settings?
No. iOS privacy settings are controlled on the iPhone or iPad. MacTidy's device tools work with trusted backups and archives, not remote privacy control.
Should everyone turn on Lockdown Mode?
No. Apple describes Lockdown Mode as optional and intended for people who believe they may be targeted by sophisticated cyberattacks. Most people should start with ordinary privacy permissions, updates, strong passcodes and account security.
